Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind. We do not allow refunds or exchanges on any sale items.

Stones are natural minerals each beautiful and unique; therefore no two Crystals will ever be the same. As they are natural objects their appearance can vary from the images shown. Please expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal itself.

Cushions and Throws are handloomed and handmade and therefore, variations can be the result of this. This does not mean the item is damaged or faulty.

In addition, due to the difference between monitors or screens, pictures may not represent the exact colour tones.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at minea@seaandstone.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
